3 steps to loosing wieght
When I was 15 I was over 100 KG and it was then I learnt the best ways to loose and maintain wieght.
1. Exercise: Exercise is the number one way to loose weight. Walking once or twice a day at a good pace will help anybody loose and maintain weight. I guarentee it.
2. Eat smaller portions: Eating smaller portions allowed me to still eat foods I liked yet still loose and maintain my wieght.
3. Eat variety: Eating a variety of foods allows the body to recieve different nutrients and fill you up for longer. Try fruits, vegetables, fish and chicken in your diet for the best results
These steps will help you loose weight and maintain that weight once you loose it.
